Don't ask don't tell

"Don't ask don't tell", I think this statement is come from one of those countries that have military service, and so far I know all military service in those countries not allow gay and lesbian to join.

Come back to the statement. Even if asked, I don't tell. Not that I ashame about my gay identity. I just don't think I need to yell out to people who am I. The straight people don't yell "Hey, I am straight", the hero didn't tell everyone, "Hey!!! I am a hero"....

Of course, beside the reason above, if I do tell you, will you...

1) Get angry

2) Avoid our friendship that has been many years

3) you shut it as I open the door of my heart

4) Treat me like a alien or disease carrier

Unfortunately, all of my surrounding straight people still uncomfortable with homosexual person. I knew because I did test them by bringing up certain gay topics. All avoid it and some had bad comment.

I am not like those activists, I am not going to put afford to change one's perspective about anything as I myself has hard time to change myself on certain point of view.
