How to you judge a person?

Can a person not judgmental? I've seen in National Geography, animal has judgmental.

So, if someone went to jail before, so he is bad guy?
someone smoke and drink, he is not a good person?
someone go to sauna, pub, disco, he is a slut?
the list go on

Human is much complex than animal, so you claimed yourself a simple person, so simply make conclusive judgement? so stereotype in you too perhaps.
