No Pic No Reply
I suppose u always see such statemnet in a friendship making site or a chat room. I think the reason for it is to know they make friends with or chat with.
But then does a headless pic consider pic? Since the above reason don't apply anymore, yet you still find people has such headless pic, yet request people to have pic else no reply.
