Men - a male animals. Our sex organ is outside and easily access. Even in fetus form, we touch our genital. When we grow up, we touch our genital many times a day without shame for urinating.
And when our main sex organ - the brain excited, it will command our hands to stimulate the head without brain to be excited too!!
